"Simbol" is a textbook example of a modern high-quality specialty coffee shop. Excellent coffee (tried cappuccino, espresso, rad and mocha coffee so far, all were excellent), muffins that go great with coffee, friendly and energetic barista/owner, pleasant interior of the coffee shop, good music and chillout atmosphere. No need to into details and additional explanations. It is simply great. Period.
Simbol Specialty Coffee is an absolute gem! We tried the espresso tonic and iced latte, and both were fantastic — perfectly balanced, refreshing, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the beans and the care that goes into each drink. The barista was super friendly and professional, making the experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the coffee and the vibe are this good. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great coffee and warm service!

If you live in Belgrade, or just crossing this part of city, this is the place you need to visit! As a person with high criteria for coffee, Simbol is the only place where I can drink whatever the staff makes. Also, very friendly atmosphere. Once you enter this specialty coffee shop, you wont be able to leave... Dont say I didn't warn you!
Best coffee i had in years! There are a lot of "coffee shops" out there that think that, because they have good beans, they can make "good coffee". Simbol is not part of this group. The attention to grinding, temperature and pressure of the machine is always reflected in the taste of Simbol's coffe , wich is a flavor I haven't felt on years and i was afraid i will never feel again. How do you get a good coffee? By paying attention not only to the quality of your beans , but all the other parts of the process (roasting, grinding, pressing, temperature of the water touching the coffee) and as a former coffee machine technician, i know a thing or two about it. If you are in Belgrad and need a good coffee, do yourself a favour and stop at Simbol. Very good position in the centre, close to San Marcus church. Simbol doesn't eant to be "hipster", doesn't want to be a new Starbucks, it just wants to offer you good coffee and good vibes at a good price. I will surely be back for another coffee on my next trip to Belgrad!
